Forgivable Second Loans

Texas DPA Programs
Texas offers several strong down payment assistance programs, including the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation (TSAHC) and the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) programs. Both offer grants and second-lien assistance for first-time and repeat buyers.
